Quarter of a Century

It turns out turning the big 2-5 isn't all that bad. Sure, I'm creeping out of my prime...haha, but I think I have a lot to show for it. The best husband a girl could possibly ask for, and a beautiful son.

June 27th 2010 was a fun family affair. Although the weather didn't permit our initial plans of going to the waterpark, we did go downtown, browse the mall, the outdoor market, and had dinner on the patio at Milestone's.


In addition to a wonderful day, my boys showered me with wonderful gifts! A few swimsuits I have been craving....




...and this little gem!!!!!!!


I have been playing with my iPad since I got it. It's awesome! Now I just have to work on getting my 25 year old body looking as good in those bikini's! That sounds like a lot of work. :S

Daddy's so funny!

Cameron got VERY excited when Daddy arrived home in time to watch him eat dinner. Clark has a habit of loving to scare us, and decided to make a loud noise behind Cameron to try and scare him. He was already so excited though, and got the giggles whenever Daddy made the funny noise!

Sun on a Sunday

We finally had a Sunday with some heat! The last 3 weekends have brought nothing but rain, and since we only get one day a week as a family, it's nice to be able to get outside. The sun was shining this Sunday, so we made it to the beach. Although FREEZING, I even persuaded Clark to venture into the water!

With Father's Day just around the corner, we can only hope next Sunday is just as nice!

7 Months

Cameron turned 7 months today....so we went out for a little photoshoot at the park. Isn't our little guy the cutest?!

At his 7 month check up Cameron weighed 17 1/2 pounds, and was 28 inches.

Oh Saturday

Summertime Saturdays aren't much fun. Clark works a 12 hour day, so it's long for all of us! Our apartments this year are in a great location though, so when the day gets long and boring, there's plenty to see and do. 

Today saw us taking a walk to "Hog's Back Falls". While oddly named, it sure was a fun little adventure!

After checking out the falls, we walked through the trees and parks nearby. 

I guess sometimes Saturdays aren't so bad after all! How can they be, with this little guy?!

Moment of creative rage

I'm a creative person, and this blog is foiling all my internet habits. Why do I feel like I am using a program that is stuck in the 1990's when I try to personalize this thing? Having 10 "templates" to choose from is just not cutting it my friends.
